Aatish ka Kalam (Poems of Aatish)

One hundred and two ghazals and two groups of verses by Khwaja Haidar Ali Aatish of Lucknow (d. 1847), pupil of Mushafi and one of the two great masters of the Lucknow ghazal: all his poems on Urdu Wikisource. Rich in wordplay and bold reversals of the old stories, and proud in its poverty, his verse plays constantly on his pen name, "fire".
