PDF editions: 14-day refund

If you are not happy with a PDF edition you bought from Urdu in Translation, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though we are always glad to hear what went wrong. After a refund, your access to that PDF is removed.

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, use the link at paddle.net, or write to us at contact@urduintranslation.com with your order reference (PDF-XXXXX). Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Beginning Urdu course: 14-day refund

If the complete Beginning Urdu course is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it, in the same ways as above, quoting your order reference (URDU-XXXXX). We refund you in full and your access to the paid lessons ends. The free lessons stay open to everyone.

Faulty files

If a PDF does not download or open properly, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whenever you bought it.

Membership (Member and Patron plans)

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page (Manage my membership) or through your Paddle receipt email. You won't be charged again, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, or of the first payment of a yearly renewal, and we will refund that payment in full and end the membership. Monthly renewals after the first month are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one. See Membership.

Patreon supporters

Patreon supporters who link their Patreon on their account page get the same access as a Member while their pledge is active. Patreon handles those payments, and any refunds for them, under its own terms. New memberships are sold on this site.

Printed copies and Kindle e-books

These are sold by Amazon, and Amazon's return and refund policies apply.
