afsos duniyaa meñ bahut tum par hu.e jaur-o-jafaahaq-talfiyaañ tum ne sahiiñ, be-mehriyaañ jheliiñ sadaa

Alas, in the world great wrong and cruelty were done to you;you suffered injustice, you endured unkindness always.

وا أسفاه! كم نزل بكنّ في الدنيا من جورٍ وجفاءاحتملتنّ هضمَ الحقوق، وكابدتنّ القسوةَ على الدوام

可叹啊，世间加诸你们的欺凌与暴虐何其多，你们忍受了种种不公，始终承受着冷酷无情。

Hélas, que d'oppressions et de cruautés le monde vous a fait subir !Vous avez souffert l'injustice, enduré sans cesse la dureté.
